Bianca Allen is a registered nurse who works with attorneys on cases that turn on medical facts. She reviews medical records, builds chronologies, evaluates standards of care, and explains what the documentation shows in language a legal team can use.
She works with both plaintiff and defense teams in Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, Tennessee, and South Carolina, with select engagements available in additional markets. Most reviews are delivered within 24 to 72 hours once a complete record set and an agreed scope are in place.

Bianca Allen founded Allen Legal Nurse Consultants to bring experienced clinical judgment, careful analysis, and clear medical communication to attorneys handling medically complex cases.
With more than 15 years of nursing experience, Bianca has worked across critical care, cardiovascular services, medical-surgical care, cardiac catheterization, electrophysiology, telemetry, cardiovascular surgery, and clinical education. Her career includes bedside nursing, clinical leadership, program management, policy development, and system-wide quality improvement.
This breadth of experience enables Bianca to examine medical records from both clinical and operational perspectives, identifying pivotal facts, documentation gaps, questions requiring further investigation, and details that may influence case strategy.
